A soundtrack is the spirit of a movie. In many cases it is the movie itself - musicals, romantic stories, biographical movies of bands (songwriters), fantasy trips with magical tunes or any other visual hallucinations under the influence of music. The music movies I adore are listed (or reviewed)
A Summer’s Day
For the last five years I have built a large collection of songs in the moods of summer. I decided to share a part of it with you. To make a premium selection was not an easy venture - I had planned to include all my favourite songs, but the list grew gigantic (over a hundred titles). After all I compiled a conceptual track listing (a rather scarce portion of my collection). The songs are ordered as in a daily schedule - a song for a particular hour or time of the day. It is important to listen to the songs in the predefined order. Otherwise the anachrony will spoil the experience.
